This is where it gets really messed up. They said they would call with the results I waited a week still no calls so I called up to the clinic asking where my results where she said they weren't back yet ok no big deal right? Wrong I called again after another three days of waiting finally the test results where on the doctors desk and all she would have to do was sign off on them. Ok not a problem still. Well it had been another week of me waiting I finally decided to just go into the clinic to get my papers well the front desk clerk was on the phone with an automated service (speaker phone) she looks at me and asks can I help you I said yes I was looking for my test results. She stops me in mid sentence to say It's automated and if I needed to see the doctor to have a seat. At this point I'm really getting pissed off because my insurance you see has already paid them to have all of this done. So I sat down and waited and waited and waited. She never said anything to me. So I went home and thought I'm just going to call again. Well I call and they had me on SPEAKERPHONE I was telling the whole lobby about my private personal records. I was talking with I guess somebody they just let answer the phone because they didn't know what I was talking about. Since I was on speakerphone the front desk clerk who was supposed to answer the phone in the first place I heard her in the background she's complaining about her results again the reason I haven't called her is because they rejected her test results because there wasn't enough samples. So my question is if you knew this the whole time why didn't you tell me this sooner so I could get better treatment than this half ass clinic.
