They are extremely understanding, professional, and answered my many questions in detail. Often times these clinics can feel pretty pointless and so rushed, but I was taken care of promptly and carefully. Would not recommend. Scheduled an 8am appointment only to show up and find there was no front desk person to check me in. The doctor told me they can't do anything without a front desk person, and they had no eta when one would be there. I explained I didn't have time to wait around for an hour for someone to show up. The doctor walked away while i was talking to him saying he wouldn't be lectured.
