The result: Patchy job, with areas that were left in pain for days (potential burn from re-waxing? who knows). I've visited this location a total of four times. Two for a pre-employment drug screen and the next two for a worker's comp injury. In my opinion, this place is probably great for basic needs, such as sinus infections, or a drug screen. For my worker's comp injury this place scores a BIG thumbs down. I saw a NP both times that treated me like I was faking the injury. He gave me some anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxers, told me to heat and ice the area and to come back in a week. After seven days of the above treatment I returned to the clinic and the saw the same NP. When I explained that I wasn't getting better and that I was concerned about my condition he showed no concern and advised that I speak to my employer about changing my job. After two weeks of no improvement I contacted my insurance carrier and saw a new Dr. After doing a few basic range of motion exercises I was diagnosed with rorator cuff damage, sent in for an MRI and physical therapy. This should have been diagnosed in my first visit and I should be 3 weeks into healing. This is the worst type of health care out there. You can be assured, I will not be returning to this location.
