Update 2/12/16. The manager did not call me back the next day (surprise). I called and was on hold for 22 minutes today to find out that they zeroed out my balance that day due to failure to timely filing. No letter in the mail or anything to me 2.5 weeks later, though. But she can TOTALLY send me a notification of the zero balance now that I ask. And! She informed me that they can't leave a message for a supervisor. If you want to talk to one, we either have to transfer you to them so you can speak or transfer you to their voicemail. I asked her if everyone else who said they'd have the supervisor call me back was lying and she I can't speak for everyone else. Niiiice. I came in to the clinic to get some vaccinations for a last minute international trip, and the experience was not nice. They gave me two vaccinations on the spot and said that two more would be waiting for me at my pharmacy.
