Moreover, I felt she was professional and compassionate in the way I have never experienced with a vet before. I don't like recalling those moments, but I know we acknowledge Dr. Nakumura (Yuka) as an extended member of our family in assisting us through the high and lows in the caring of our babies. She was a difficult patient but they really handled her with better skill than I ever could have. The staff and nurses got to know her and I felt care for her until her last day. They kept us well informed and up to date on her day to day activity and status. I highly recommend this facility of all the ones she has been to they were the kindest and best skilled. The little touches of the facility made it a step above the others as well.
