She then saw me at like 2:05 and gave me most of my results except 2, one being the HIV one that I was really worried about. She asked me if we screened for that, at which point I was annoyed because she should know what she screened for, then she asked me if I filled out the paper work for that test, and I told her I filled out whatever they gave me. She called Lizz in the room who admitted to filling the paperwork for me, and sent the results late which is why it was still pending. I was beyond annoyed, because this was not at all an efficient or urgent care. Melida promised to call me herself, and wrote down my number to update me on my results on 12/31 at the end of the day, and she just called me today, how professional.
